In this workshop she shares simple techniques to awaken the healing potential we all have!

Yin Yoga *
Yin Yoga focuses on long-held seated postures which allow a deep stretch, combined with Restorative style poses, which use a variety of props to support the body, allowing ease and relaxation. The dynamic of the class will be meditative and introspective, focusing on the breath and using the breath to find opening and ease in the body. Teacher~ Sarah Duke

Yoga Flow *
Go at your own pace while energizing and relaxing your body and mind to ambient music in this flowing yoga class.

Yoga with Childcare*
Bring your children to class with you! They will have yoga play in our upstairs classroom as you enjoy a relaxing, rejuvanating Hatha yoga class. Cost: $12.50 + $2.50 per child. Feel free to inquire with any questions! Teacher~ Jodi Christensen

Zen Meditation *
Join a traditional sitting meditation held twice a week by the Arrowhead Sangha! $5 donation suggested.
