Non-sectarian Meditation Come and go as you please. Remove shoes and quietly go to upstairs room. Be still in your own way; sit in chair, sit on cushion, kneel with cushion, stand, walk. Meditation advice available.

Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Sessions* Phoenix Rising Practitioner, Gary Anderson works one on one with clients in a session lasting one and a half hours. Through assisted yoga postures and non-directive dialogue, practitioners guide clients to experience the connection of their physical and emotional selves. Call to schedule and appointment. Guy Yoga Workshop* Afraid you can't stretch or bend to do it? Tour the yoga studio at the Spiritual Deli, go over the different types of mats and props used in yoga, review principal differences between women and men when they do yoga, and learn basic yoga poses that do not call upon you to be flexy-bendy. Yin Yoga & Meditation *
Yin Yoga focuses on long-held seated postures which allow a deep stretch, combined with Restorative style poses, which use a variety of props to support the body, allowing ease and relaxation. The dynamic of the class is meditative and introspective, focusing on the breath and using the breath to find opening and ease in the body. Teacher~ Kiki Erspamer

Yoga Flow *
Move at your own pace while energizing and relaxing your body and mind to ambient music in this flowing yoga class.
